Strictly speaking Spookers is located to the west of Karaka in Kingseat and so is not actually in Karaka, but close by. Spookers however would likely advertise itself as in Karaka because Karaka is a far 'trendier' location and also more widely known. The same can be said of New Zealand Bloodstock's Sales Complex, this is in a region under the Papakura council east of Karaka, this complex does have Karaka in its name but strictly speaking isn't in the area but just outside it. Perhaps both of these should be discussed in the article but mention of the boundaries of Karaka also? Real estate agents would often advertise properties near Karaka, as Karaka because the area's properties command a higher price than surrounding regions.
